Product Replacement
If you are truly unhappy with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will happily replace your item with something that better suits your needs. Our goal is to provide you with a skincare experience that you love, and we will do everything we can to offer you a product you’ll be excited to use.
Packaging & Shipping During High Heat for Body Butter
We take extra care to ensure that our body butters and other products arrive in perfect condition, even during high heat. To protect against melting or damage during transit, we use specialized packaging and cooling techniques, such as insulated packaging and ice packs. However, please be mindful that once the package arrives, it is important to open it promptly. If left in a hot environment for extended periods, the body butter may soften. While this doesn’t affect the quality of the product, we recommend refrigerating it for a few hours to restore its original texture. All of our other products will withstand expected outside temperatures.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return a product for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund to the original payment method once the product is returned and inspected. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
